You decide whether the memorial is private or publicly visible. This setting can be changed at any time.

All content belongs to you and your family. We do not sell, reuse, or monetise memorial content. All data are stored securely and handled in accordance with EU GDPR requirements.

The tile and the digital memorial can be removed or deactivated at any time. All content can be permanently deleted on request.

If the owner is no longer available, control can be passed to a designated family member. This ensures continuity without locking anyone in.

Hosting is included for the full duration of 35 years. After that you can export all data or extend hosting.

Lifetime editing and unlimited photo uploads are included.

Every order includes a printed biography booklet — 32 pages for Standard, 56 pages for Premium — with 10 copies delivered to your door. Shipping and insurance are included. Standard also includes a 25mm kiln-fired ceramic QR medallion for placement on the grave. Premium includes both the medallion and a marble QR stand for permanent installation. Neither carries a company logo or branding of any kind.

Our QR signs are a small, discreet size (5 cm × 6 cm). We deliberately chose a neutral design with no visible branding. The QR signs are designed to blend naturally into Greek cemetery settings.

The discreet QR sign does not replace the tombstone or traditional remembrance. No alteration to the grave is required. It can be placed, moved, or removed at any time.

You can order a replacement QR sign at any time; the digital memorial itself remains unaffected. Our lifetime guarantee covers unintentional damage.

Yes. The ceramic tile is kiln-fired at 800 degrees — the same method used for tombstone photographs. Resistant to rain, frost, heat, and sun. Designed for permanent outdoor placement. A lifetime guarantee covers unintentional damage. Two adhesive options are included: silicone-based for permanent placement and 3M VHB for semi-permanent mounting when a removable option is preferred.

The biography and memorial website are ready within 48 hours of submitting the completed questionnaire. The printed booklets and ceramic QR tile are shipped via ACS courier with tracking and are expected 7–14 days after your order is placed.

You can send us an email, and we will make the changes or get back to you within 24 hours. We only publish the memorial page -after- you have signed off on the version to go live.

The QR sign and memorial website are considered one product. You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order (QR sign). A full refund is available as long as the QR tile has not been installed and the memorial website has not been published. Once the QR sign has been installed or the memorial website published, the product becomes non-refundable. This is because the digital memorial service has gone live and the QR sign cannot be reassigned.

The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the physical package.

Yes. Unused QR signs and unpublished memorial websites can be returned within 14 days.

If your tile arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

The page remains accessible as a static webpage. Access to the page is not affected. A permanent redirect will be in place.
